Mandates: what owners sent you, in one list

The mandate is on WhatsApp, the price on the phone, the address on a slip of paper.

The owner sends the property with your code; it lands under Mandates with purpose, asking price and note. Accept or decline; dropping a mandate is one click too. After acceptance the owner grants the EİDS authorisation on e-Devlet and records its dates; you see that it exists on the same row before you list anywhere. A Komekan mandate does not replace the written authorisation contract or the e-Devlet authorisation.

Your licence next to your share code

Owners do not know who they are authorising; an unlicensed office cannot be authorised on e-Devlet.

You enter your Ministry of Trade licence (yetki belgesi) number when setting up the agency. Komekan checks it on the Ministry's TTBS registry, usually within one business day; once checked, every owner who types your code sees "licensed", and your number is ready in their e-Devlet step.
